Registration Process

  1. Complete the appropriate electronic registration form for the session you wish to attend.
  2. We will advise you that we have received your registration within 5 business days of you submitting your registration form to us. If you do not receive notification from us in this time period you should contact us immediately. (*This is not a confirmation the course is going ahead, only that we have received your registration.)
  3. Participants will receive confirmation of registration 10 business days prior to course date which will confirm the course will be offered as planned and that you are registered. This confirmation will also outline details specific for the course (time, date, location and any requirements of the participant such as pre-course reading, materials, etc.).
  4. Courses will be rescheduled or cancelled if there is insufficient enrolment 6 weeks prior to the course start date.
  5. Cancellation policy - full course fee will be charged if cancellation is not received 15 business days prior to the course start date.
